Safety means adopting a mindset. To reach our objective we must all pay attention to one another, feel concerned, be accountable and act as drivers for safety. Below is a graph that reflects the evolution required in terms of employees' safety mindset in order to meet the objective.
The V2V teams are constantly improving their actions and commitment towards safety. At the agencies meetings in September 2019, attended by all employees, everyone present assessed their attitude to safety and positioned themselves on the curve. 74% of employees consider themselves exemplary and fully back safety becoming an integral part of the company culture.
