A NEW V2V SAFETY
PHILOSOPHY SINCE 2021
I get up and say to myself:
Tonight, I'm going home in good health!
Zero accidents is a goal. Not a numerical objective.
Safety is not a subject that should only be synonymous with constraints.
Let's stop being prisoners of numbers... let's get up in the morning with the certainty that we will do everything in our power to go home in good health in the evening and ensure that this is the case for our colleagues and employees.
Today, I am mindful of myself and others because our safety is linked!
Safety workshops were conducted during the month of February with employees from all types of professions from different sites.
3 main priority themes emerged from all the workshops.
For each of them, an action plan has been defined and will be shared with you in the coming weeks.

GROUPS
We allow employees to participate in improving our behaviour by joining project groups. They can decide whether or not to join, depending on their affinity with the subject.
This enables us to take decisions together that involve everyone and to have action plans that everyone can support.

Daily safety animation
Safety must be a subject connected to our professions, to our daily lives.
Let's discuss and report USEFULLY! The numerical objectives are only indicators. Let's stop reporting to reach the defined threshold but talk about our daily lives in our reports and discussions (feedback on interventions, incidents on agency premises, etc.). Similarly, let's make our discussions LIVELY! No more simple theory around the coffee machine, let's move on to practice, especially when discussing gestures and postures.
Safety integration of new employees
Work is being done on a safety integration process (6-month follow-up period) for our employees.
Safety at our clients' premises
We have obligations on the sites where we work, just as our clients have commitments to guarantee our safety. Actions are being considered to ensure that they respect them.
