Move to Zero Mindset
To raise awareness among younger generations and instill this safety reflex as early as possible, we carry out initiatives in primary schools, middle schools, and vocational high schools (for example, in vocational baccalaureate programs in equipment maintenance) to explain why it is essential to look out for others and for oneself, and why it is important to report any situation perceived as dangerous.

We present the company and its safety strategy, and organize visits to workshops and equipment fleets, with visitors wearing the appropriate PPE.

More recently, we’ve been visiting schools to engage in discussions on topics that impact their development, such as environmental issues, bullying, and safety in our professions!
